Patras

Just learning about history...
Dates: March 30, 2018
I actually watched "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" in that van.
 These bridges look fucking amazing.
I could have seen the Golden Gate bridge instead though!
 Welcome to Patras!
Here you can see the apartments from a distance.
I can't stop looking at them!
Greek history on paper! Here's page uno!
 And page dos!
I can see windmills from a distance!
Downtown Patras.

"My Big Fat Greek Wedding" was funny.

Ancient Olympia Part 2

The Black and White effect makes the ruins look a lot spookier... and mysterious.
Dates: March 30, 2018

A bunch of columns surround that tree.
This slab actually has words in it.
The trees especially make it look dreary...
Look at what they left behind...
I think there used to be a hotel here too.
 Just taking a stroll...
I'm distracted by a shadow of a man.
Trees are a lot spookier when they are pitch black.

That was actually only 8 photos, so in total, that was 18 pictures I took of the ruins! I miscalculated!

Ancient Olympia Part 1

These are the shots of the ancient ruins of Olympia, that were taken in color.
Dates: March 30, 2018.

Out of all the ancient ruins I've seen, these are some of the best.
And by far... the most interesting.
Because it's about Olympia. Near the origins of the Olympics.
 Who's that girl posing?
 All these columns...
On our way to the old stadium!
 One column that stands out.
I'm about to do something that they wouldn't have allowed 3000 years back!
During those times, women couldn't participate or watch the Olympics.
But that's probably because the men were naked. That's what I remember from "Groovy Greeks".

Part 2 will be in black and white.

Olympia Museum

Learned more than I did back in 6th grade when I learned about the Greeks.
Dates: March 30, 2018

We got statues. Some were kept in good condition and some were not.
Projection of Olympia ft. the British tourists I met.
Here's all the gods and goddesses. Couldn't zoom out on the panorama.
So the shots disappointed me a little bit.
 Finally! One with a nose!
This one is like an illusion.
His expression changes as you move through it.
Ooh! That one's missing the head.

You better be prepared for what I'm gonna see next! You better believe it!

Olympia

Just as we arrived to Olympia, we got a call from the Kennel, and I knew it wasn't gonna be a good one.
Dates: March 29, 2018

My dog named Sampson passed away suddenly. He lived 12 years, which is a long life for a dog. But... I wish it didn't happen while I was abroad.

But hey! That didn't stop me from having a great day!

Greek people dancing to Zorba the Greek. Had a fun time dancing with them. OPA!
Beautiful picture of the sun, about to set.
They got a farm, and this is one of their horses.
A black horse. So black you can barely see it.
 Nice shot of a goat.
 Shooting for the birds!
 Gotcha!
Look at all this olive oil! You could go apeshit!
 An orange tree.
 What's that vase for.
 Everything is totally natural!

Bought some olive oil face stuff at the gift shop. Love the Aphrodite lip balm!

Silo Art Factory

I went to a really cool place on my way to Olympia.
Dates: March 29, 2018

The gift shop! I bought something there.
 Wahoo! Nice!
One of the pictures didn't want to end up on Blogger for some reason.
They got a SHIT ton of pottery left to dry.
Nice sculpture of a boy riding a horse.
Yes, that Trafalgar bus was ours.
 Nice eagle sculpture.
 A stunning lion sculpture.
 A guy on a motorcycle?
That is definitely a horse. A good looking one, I add.

Spoiler alert! Tragedy doesn't strike just yet here!
